The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed regarding the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office committed to service the area sassa status check on a regular sassa status check basis. The service issue designed for intervention encounters a higher inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to empower the servicing of all consumers and improve access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
